About Cameron

Cameron is a passionate piano teacher with over two years of teaching experience and a genuine love for helping students grow through music. He graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Music Production and Performance from the University of Hull, and brings both strong musical knowledge and real-world creative experience into every lesson.

Before fully committing to music, Cameron spent eight years as a competitive swimmer, winning national titles in Butterfly and Freestyle and representing Great Britain internationally — experiences that helped shape his patience, discipline and supportive teaching style.

Cameron particularly loves teaching beginners, and finds real fulfilment in helping students develop their skills and confidence from the very start of their musical journey. He has experience teaching children as young as four and five, and is known for being patient, naturally playful and highly engaging. This approach allows him to build strong connections with his students while keeping lessons fun, structured and effective.

He takes pride in getting to know each child individually, understanding their strengths, challenges and learning styles, and nurturing both their musical ability and love for the instrument. His goal is always to make learning enjoyable while ensuring steady progress and strong musical foundations.

Alongside piano teaching, Cameron has a strong passion for music production and composition. He actively encourages aspiring producers to learn music theory through the visual and practical medium of the piano, helping them deepen their musicianship and take their songwriting and productions to the next level.

When he’s not teaching, Cameron spends his time composing, producing and performing his own music, bringing creativity, enthusiasm and real industry insight into every lesson.
